| BACKGROUND: |
| There is a request to transfer the ownership of a restaurant liquor license from Sakura Japanese Sushi and Steak House, Inc. to Sakura 1984, Inc. All documents have been received to complete the application process. The application and supporting documents have been sent to the Wyoming Liquor Division. On December 19, 2016, the WLD sent a correction notice. All corrections have been completed and it is assumed that the WLD has accepted the application, supporting documents and the corrections as of December 28, 2016. The public hearing has been published two (2) consecutive weeks; December 21 and December 29. No protests have been received. |
