At the November 15, 2016 City Council Pre Meeting, staff presented the option of utilizing the online auction method of selling City personal property. The Council was in favor of allowing staff to move forward with the online auction method. Staff has since determined the most appropriate method of selling surplus vehicles is through BigIron Auctions, a nationally known auction house known for selling used vehicles and equipment to entities such as City/County governments. |
