| Council Consideration for the Acceptance of Development Improvements for the Gillette College Rodeo Ag Complex Project, Installed by Earth Work Solutions, on Behalf of the Developer, Campbell County Public Works. |
| BACKGROUND: |
This project installed water system improvements to support the construction of the Gillette College Rodeo Ag Complex located at the eastern terminus of Boxelder Road. The City will be accepting for ownership and maintenance, the following improvements:
Water System Improvements
2067 L.F. of 12" PVC water main and appurtenances
533 L.F. of 8” PVC water main and appurtenances
The Warranty Statement, Certificate of Compliance, and a map of the improvements are attached for reference. |
