SUBJECT:
Council Consideration for the Acceptance of Development Improvements for the Gillette College Education Activities Center (E.A.C.), Installed by Groathouse Construction, Inc., on Behalf of the Developer, Campbell County.    
BACKGROUND:

This project installed water system improvements to support the construction of the Gillette College Education Activities Center located east of College Drive, north of the Recreation Center and Slate Street. The City will be accepting for ownership and maintenance, the following improvements:

 

Water System Improvements:

  • 6" Water Tee and Valve
  • 6" Water Main Lowering
  • Fire Hydrant Relocation

 

Sanitary Sewer System Improvements:

  • Vertical Adjustment of Manhole

 

The Warranty with exhibits, Certificate of Compliance, and a map of the improvements are attached for reference.
