| Council Consideration of a Bid Award for One (1) New 6x4 Utility Vehicle to Stotz Equipment of Evansville, Wyoming, in the Amount of $10,261.69. |
| BACKGROUND: |
| This is a replacement unit for the Parks division's 2004 John Deere Gator, Unit 125. |
| ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |
| This replacement unit was approved in the budget for $15,000. The actual cost of the vehicle is $4,738.31 under budget. The remaining funds will be used to upfit the vehicle with City of Gillette signage. After that, the remaining difference will be savings for the Fleet Replacement account. |
| SUGGESTED MOTION: |
| I move for approval to award the bid for One (1) 6x4 Utility Vehicle to Stotz Equipment of Evansville, Wyoming, in the amount of $10,261.69. |
