The 2016 Pavement Management System Schedule B (16EN11) project includes pavement rehabilitation for Sunridge Avenue (approximately 1490 LF), Paintbrush Drive (approximately 740 LF), Columbine Drive (approximately 480 LF), Jonquil Lane (approximately 500 LF), and minor patching on Summerfield Lane, Huntington, Mountain Shadow, Chancery, and Fairway Drive from the golf cart crossing to Westover Road.
All property owners adjacent to the property will be contacted prior to the start of the project.
Bids were opened on February 22, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at the office of the City Purchasing Division, Central Warehouse, 800 N. Burma Avenue, Gillette, Wyoming.

The project was designed by PCA Engineering, Inc. Thomas A. Sylte, P.E. reviewed the bids and determined that Simon Contractors is the lowest qualified bidder. The work will be substantially complete in 70 working days after the Contract Time commences to run and ready for final payment 10 working days after the date of the Certificate of Substantial Completion. |
