| A Public Hearing to Consider an Ordinance to Revise Rates for Wastewater Services Furnished by the City of Gillette. |
| BACKGROUND: |
| The Council will be considering an Ordinance to raise wastewater rates to increase the revenue of the wastewater enterprise fund by approximately 6%. This matter was initially addressed during the Tuesday, January 31, 2017 Special Meeting as part of the Utility Rate Setting Discussion. The effective date of any increase would be May 1, 2017. |
| SUGGESTED MOTION: |
| I would like to open a Public Meeting to consider an Ordinance to Revise Rates for Wastewater Services Furnished by the City of Gillette. |
