This project includes pavement rehabilitation for Sunridge Avenue (approximately 1490 LF), Paintbrush Drive (approximately 740 LF), Columbine Drive (approximately 480 LF), Jonquil Lane (approximately 500 LF), and minor patching on Summerfield Lane, Huntington, Mountain Shadow, Chancery, and Fairway Drive from the cart crossing to Westover Road.

Construction Management services for the 70 working day project plus the 10 working days from issuance of the Certificate of Substantial Completion to Final Completion and will include the pre-construction meeting with the City of Gillette and Simon Contractors, review of drawings, schedules, submittals, and a Resident Project Representative (RPR) for inspection services, materials testing, survey, construction staking, progress meetings during construction, construction reports, monthly and final contractor pay requests, full time project inspection, project engineer's services and Drawings of Construction Record.

The cost breakdown for the Construction Management is as follows:

Survey/Staking $7,890.00

Material Testing $16,170.00

Full Time Inspection $67,920.00

Project Management/Final Drawings $23,730.00

The proposed fee equates to $1,446.00 per day of construction or 12.4% of the construction bid amount, 10.8% of the Engineer's Estimate amount, and 11.1% of the average bid amount.
