| Council Consideration of an Agreement Between the City of Gillette and the Gillette Golf and Country Club, Inc., Regarding the Operation and Development of a Golf Course at the Energy Capital Sports Complex. |
| BACKGROUND: |
On August 6, 2012 the City of Gillette and the Gillette Golf and Country Club, Inc., entered into a Lease Agreement regarding certain lands located within the Energy Capital Sports Complex. At that time, no formal Agreement between the parties was otherwise entered into with regard to their overall relationship. The purpose of this Agreement is to memorialize the relationship between the parties, and provides terms and conditions similar to the Amended Lease Agreement also being proposed by and between the parties. |

| I move to approve an Agreement Between the City of Gillette and the Gillette Golf and Country Club, Inc., Regarding the Operation and Development of a Golf Course at the Energy Capital Sports Complex. |
