| BACKGROUND: |
| This is an agreement between Wyoming Public Broadcasting Service (WYPBS) and Gillette Public Access (GPA) Television that will allow WYPBS to air the GPA Program, North by Northeast, across Wyoming. |
| SUGGESTED MOTION: |
| I move for the approval of a Broadcast License Agreement between the Gillette Public Access Television and Wyoming PBS for the North by Northeast Program. |
