A Resolution Accepting and Confirming the Report of Building Official and Order to Levy Special Assessment against the property has been prepared and considered by the Gillette City Council to recover costs associated with the demolition of a structure and abatement of property located at 410 N. Osborne Avenue, and legally described as Lot 3, Block 2, Rainbow Addition, to the City of Gillette, Wyoming.
This Ordinance confirms the Special Assessment in the amount of $17,354.35, and will allow the assessment to be recorded on the assessment rolls with the Campbell County Assessor against the property and shall constitute a special assessment against and lien upon the aforementioned property. |
