Council Consideration to Approve $147,700.00 from the Campbell County Public Land Board's Special Events Funds to be Used Towards Projects for the National High School Finals Rodeo as Outlined in the Letter Dated March 10, 2017.  
BACKGROUND:
On March 23, 2017, joint meeting of the governing boards of the City of Gillette, Town of Wright, and Campbell County was held for purposes of discussion of the Joint Powers Fire Board, the Joint Powers Public Land Board, and the application for consensus funding between the entities.  Each entity reached an agreement with regard to their specific contribution and funding of these entities.  Due to the numerous votes taken by the governing entities, and the numerous discussions held on specific points, Staff is requesting these action items be placed on consent agenda for purposes of finalizing the results of the meeting.
