| Council Consideration of a Request from H&H Cuisine, Inc., d.b.a. Ruby Tuesday, to Extend the Serving Area to Include a 67' 3/4" x 17' 3/4" Patio Located on the North Side of the Building. |
| BACKGROUND: |
Ruby Tuesday management is requesting to extend their serving area to include the patio located on the north side of the building. The intended use is for additional seasonal seating, allowing guests an option for outdoor dining and drinks. According to Mr. Gary Score, the patio will be staffed with servers. Managers will treat this area as part of the restaurant. |
