Big Lost Meadery, LLC, has submitted an application for the issuance of one of the available retail liquor licenses (RTL-27, formerly held by Sweetwater Gap, LLC, or RTL-10, formerly held by Discount Liquors, LLC.

Currently, the applicant has a Winery permit located at 601 S Douglas Hwy, a Satellite Winery permit located at 106 S Gillette Ave, and a Microbrewery permit located at 106 S Gillette Ave. Because state statute only allows for the dual holding of a license/permit, the applicant will relinquish the Microbrewery permit back to the Licensing Authority if the applicant is issued the Retail liquor license.

The public hearing has been advertised two (2) consecutive weeks and the business location has been posted. The application and documents required by state statute have been sent to the Wyoming Liquor Division and corrections, if any, have been addressed. No protests against the issuance have been received in the Clerk's office.
