The City of Gillette's Geographic Information Systems (GIS) has been working with the Campbell County Joint Powers Fire Board to create a computer application ("App") to assist with its operations. The application created by GIS would compile publicly known information into one single source for use on the Fire Board's computer tablets. The data compiled would include: building type, floor plan, and utility locations.
The parties agree to keep the information confidential and for use only by authorized individuals employed by the Fire Department. The actual data and the application would remain the property of the City, and the City would not be responsible for any errors in the information provided. Either party would have the right to terminate the MOU with thirty (30) days advance written notice.
The MOU was approved by the Fire Board on April 12, 2017. The MOU is not presented for Council's approval. |
