| Council Consideration of a Bid Award for the City of Gillette HVAC Maintenance Services Contract to Powder River Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc., of Gillette, Wyoming, in the Amount of $70,437.00. |
| BACKGROUND: |
This contract provides for preventative maintenance services for the HVAC equipment in City facilities: City Hall, City West, Animal Control, Warehouse, and Heated Vehicle Storage. The contract was advertised for bid in March, 2017. A sealed bid opening was held on April 13, 2017. The only bid received was from Powder River Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. See Bid Form attached. |

| $75,000 was placed in the budget for this contract. |
