Council Consideration to Extend the Serving Area for Las Margarita's to Include a 24' x 24' Patio Located on the South Side of the Building.
BACKGROUND:

Christian Robles, owner of Las Margarita's, is requesting to expand the serving area to include a 24' X 24' patio on the south side of the building, that will allow for the service of alcohol/malt beverages outside of the licensed building. Because of the nature of the request, it requires Council's approval.
