| Council Consideration of a Carnival Permit Located at the Aquatic Center, Beginning June 5th Through June 12th, Requested by North Star Amusements and American Legion Baseball. |
| BACKGROUND: |
| North Star Amusements is requesting a carnival permit for June 5th - June 12th. A current certificate of liability insurance is on file, as well as a $500 deposit if clean up efforts are necessary after the carnival leaves. |
| SUGGESTED MOTION: |
| I Move for the Approval for a Carnival Permit Located at the Aquatic Center, Beginning June 5th through June 12th, Requested by North Star Amusements and American Legion Baseball. |
