| Appointment of Dan Bridges to the Consolidated Wyoming Municipalities Electric Power System Joint Powers Board for the Balance of the Term Currently Held by Kendall Glover. |
| BACKGROUND: |
| The Consolidated Wyoming Municipalities Electric Power System Joint Powers Board, is a joint powers board created to fund expansion of the electrical system of its member municipalities, Gillette, Torrington and Basin. This is the Board that issued the revenue bonds which funded the purchase of 23% of Wygen III from Black Hills Power. Each of the three agencies who created the Joint Powers Board can appoint 3 members to the Board. The Council previously appointed Kendall Glover to the Board effective December 31, 2012 and again December 31, 2015. This appointment of Dan Bridges will be for the balance of the term, until December 31, 2018. |

I move that Dan Bridges be appointed to the Consolidated Wyoming Municipalities Electric Power System Joint Powers Board for the balance of the term currently held by Kendall Glover. |
