| Council Consideration of a Resolution Providing for the Repeal of Resolution No. 2580 Approving the Final Plat for Lots 1 and 2, Betcher Subdivision to the City of Gillette, Wyoming. |
| BACKGROUND: |
| Resolution No. 2580 was approved by the Planning Commission on August 23, 2016, and the City Council on September 6, 2016. The final plat has not been recorded. The applicant has requested to repeal Resolution No. 2580 so that he may reconfigure the lots. The revised plat will be considered on tonight's agenda as Tract C, Moon Shadow No. 2 Subdivision, First Filing; and a portion of NE 1/4 SW 1/4, and NW 1/4 of Section 2, T49N, R72W of the Sixth P.M. |
