| Council Consideration for the Acceptance of Public Improvements for the Gillette Madison Pipeline Project, Contract 5, Installed by Record Steel and Construction, Inc., (RSCI), in the Amount of $7,827,417.00. |
| BACKGROUND: |
| This project consisted of the construction of the new 16,000 GPM Donkey Creek Pump Station (DCPS), located adjacent to the original pump station near Rozet. The project included the installation of vertical turbine pumps, surge suppression vessels, and associated piping, earthwork, instrumentation, electrical, and controls work. |
| ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |
The original contract amount for the project was $7,309,500.00. There were two change orders for a net added cost to the project of $517,917.00 (7.1%). Below is a summary of these change orders:
