A Public Hearing to Consider a Request by Big Lost Meadery, LLC, d.b.a. Big Lost Meadery (Microbrewery Permit MB-02 and Winery Satellite WSP-01) to Allow for Persons Under the Age of Twenty-One (21) Years to Remain in Their Licensed Building Until 2:00 A.M. |
| BACKGROUND: |
| During the Council's June 13, 2017 Special Meeting, Council directed an amendment to the proposed Chapter 3 which would allow persons under the age of 21 to remain in in microbrewery and/or winery until 2:00 A.M. upon a public hearing and Council's consent. Due to the time constraints asserted by Big Lost Meadery, LLC, a request was made to set this matter for public hearing immediately after the anticipated passage of the revised Chapter 3 so that Big Lost Meadery, LLC would have little or no disruption to its operations. This public hearing is sought for this purpose. |

| I would like to open a public meeting to take public comment on the request by Big Lost Meadery, LLC d.b.a. Big Lost Meadery to Allow for Persons under the age of Twenty-One (21) Years to Remain in their Licensed Building Until 2:00 A.M. |
