| Council Consideration of an Open Container Permit for August 19th, from 3:00 p.m. to Midnight on Gillette Avenue from 1st Street to 5th Street, Including the Third Street Plaza, for Eclipse Festival 2017, Requested by Gillette Main Street. |
| BACKGROUND: |
GMS Committee is requesting an open container permit that will encompass Gillette Avenue from 1st Street to 5th Street and on the 3rd Street Plaza for the Eclipse Festival 2017 event.
Those who are of age to drink will be given arm bands and a special event cup that can be taken to Fiesta Tequila, Gillette Brewing, Center Bar, The Rail Yard, Montgomery Bar and Big Lost Meadery to purchase drinks. |
