Council Consideration for Write Off of Bad Debt on Uncollectible Accounts Receivable Accounts in the Amount of $3,016.93. |
BACKGROUND: |
Each year uncollectible account receivable accounts are placed on the agenda for Council's consideration for write off. The write off stem from damages to City property, nuisance abatement, permits, compost, etc. All attempts have been made to collect the unpaid balances by staff and Collection Professionals. The write offs have met the Statute of Limitations. |
