SUBJECT:
Council Consideration of a Professional Services Agreement for Engineering Design Services for the Gillette Regional Water Supply Project - Phase II District Extensions - Stone Gate Estates to DOWL in the Amount of $77,890.00.
BACKGROUND:
This project will provide the design for a regional connection for the Stone Gate Estates ISD.  DOWL will evaluate and recommend a connection point to the Regional System either at the Red Hills Pump Station or at the South Fork Estates Control Building.  They will also design the necessary pipeline, control building, valves, and other appurtenances and provide bid documents for the construction phase.
ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET:

DOWL's fees for this project will be $77,890.00.  Bidding and construction phase services will be added by amendment at a later date, which is estimated at $58,920.00.

This project is funded through a combination of grant funding from the Wyoming Water Development Commission, which will cover 67% of the cost, and CAP Tax, which will cover the remaining 33%.
