| Council Consideration of a Professional Services Agreement for Engineering Design Services for the Gillette Regional Water Supply Project - Phase II District Extensions - Eight Mile ISD to HDR in the Amount of $148,420.00. |
| BACKGROUND: |
| This project will provide the design and bid documents for a regional connection for the Eight Mile ISD. HDR will design the necessary pipeline starting at the stub out left from the Priority 1 project at Jocelynn Ave., along Force Rd., to the Eight Mile ISD connection point. There will also be an interstate crossing, control building, valves, and other necessary appurtenances. |
| ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |
HDR's fees for this project will be $148,420.00. Bidding and construction phase services will be added by amendment at a later date, which is estimated at $151,417.50.00.
This project is funded through a combination of grant funding from the Wyoming Water Development Commission, which will cover 67% of the cost, and CAP Tax, which will cover the remaining 33%.
