Council Consideration of a Street Closure for the Third Street Plaza on July 28th from 6:00 p.m. to Midnight, and an Open Container Permit for the Third Street Plaza, as well as the Porch of Gillette Brewing Company, for a Campbell County High School Class of 1977 Reunion, that will Include Outdoor Music, Requested by Tom Lubnau and Kelci Luken.

Tom Lubnau and Kelci Luken are requesting a street closure for the Third Street Plaza, as well as an open container permit, for Class of 1977 High School reunion. The open container permit will encompass the porch and north ramp of the Gillette Brewing Company, allowing for an open container of malt beverages to be taken from the inside of the building onto porch and down a ramp to the Third Street Plaza. There will be an outdoor band providing live music during the reunion.

As required by the Third Street Plaza agreement, commercial general liability insurance has been provided for the event.
