DLM Investments, LLC, is requesting the transfer of a retail liquor license, as well as the location of the liquor license, currently held by R&L, Inc. (Beverage Broker).

The applicant is in the process of constructing a new building at 302 W Lakeway Rd that will house the liquor license, if transferred. According to the diagram, liquor sales/dispensing will be located at the east end of the building. Due to the recent changes in liquor laws, dispensing rooms are no longer used to describe the area in which liquor can be sold/dispensed. It is now known as the "licensed building". Since the liquor store will be in the same building as a convenience store and Godfather's Pizza, the applicant was required to obtain a suite number to delineate the liquor store area from the rest of the building. Thus allowing minors to be in the convenience store and Godfather's Pizza without violating state and/or city laws.

All necessary paperwork for the transfer has been received and sent to the Wyoming Liquor Division for their review. The request to transfer has been advertised two (2) consecutive weeks, and posted at the location, and no protests have been received.
