SUBJECT:
Council Consideration of a Professional Services Agreement for Design and Bidding Services Associated with the Alley PMS 2018 Project, with PCA Engineering, Inc., in the Amount of $41,101.00 (1% Project).
BACKGROUND:
The Professional Services Contract for the 2018 Alley PMS Project will include Design and Bidding services associated with the Pavement Rehabilitation Improvements, Water Improvements and Sanitary Sewer Improvements for the alley South of West 10th Street.  The project will be adding three (3) new sanitary sewer manholes and approximately 650 feet of new sewer pipe.  The water improvements will include a new fire hydrant and a new water service.  The existing alley surface will be replaced with approximately 1700 SY of concrete surface.
ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET:
The funding for this project has been allocated from the 1% Optional Tax Account 201-10-05-419-40-44331.
SUGGESTED MOTION:
I move for the Approval of a Professional Services Agreement for Design and Bidding Services Associated with the Alley PMS 2018 Project, with PCA Engineering, Inc., in the amount of $41,101.00 (1% Project).
