| Council Consideration to Amend the Date of a Catering Permit Issued to Mingles Lounge on July 5th, from August 19th to August 18th, for the Last Summertime Bash. |
| BACKGROUND: |
| Bruce Kelley is requesting that the dates be amended for the catering permit issued to Mingles' for the Last Summertime Bash from August 19 to August 18. The Gillette Main Street is having an Eclipse Festival that same day and feels he would be competing with another event. |
| SUGGESTED MOTION: |
| I Move to Amend the Date of a Catering Permit Issued to Mingles Lounge on July 5th, from August 19th to August 18th, for the Last Summertime Bash. |
