| Council Consideration of a Professional Services Agreement for Design and Bidding Services Associated with the PMS 2018 Schedule A Project, to Morrison-Maierle, Inc., in the Amount of $80,014.00 (1% Project). |
| BACKGROUND: |
| The PMS 2018 Schedule A project will consist of the pavement rehabilitation of Camel Drive from approximately 265 feet east of South Highway 59 to the west side of the Campbell County High School west parking lot. The project will include the replacement of damaged curb and gutter, sidewalk, and business approaches. The design will also include consideration of business access during construction. |
| ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |
The fees for the Design and Bidding Services of the PMS 2018 Schedule A Project will be $80,014.00 which is approximately 9% of the estimated construction cost for the project of $900,000.00.
These fees include survey and geotechnical services.
The project costs will be funded by the 1% Optional Sales Tax Account 201-10-05-419-40-44331. |
