Council Consideration of a Resolution to Amend the "General and Insurance Certificate of the City of Gillette" for the Gillette College Student Housing Phase II Statutory Trust Dated October 22, 2015. 
BACKGROUND:
When the Statutory Trust for the Gillette College Student Housing Phase II project was set up in October 2015 with Zions Bank, it listed then Administrator Napier and Finance Director Pitlick as the Authorized Officers for the City of Gillette.  This Resolution amends only that Section of the original "General and Insurance Certificate of City" to reflect staffing changes for the City.  Specifically, it names Sawley V. Wilde as Interim City Administrator and Michelle Henderson as Interim Finance Director as the Authorized Officers for the City of Gillette.

I approve the Resolution to Amend the "General and Insurance Certificate of the City of Gillette for the Gillette College Student Housing Phase II Statutory Trust held with ZB, National Association dba Zions Bank, naming Interim Administrator Wilde and Interim Finance Director Henderson as the Authorized Officers of the City of Gillette in this matter.
