| Council Consideration of a Professional Services Agreement for Design and Bidding Services Associated with the Madison Water Load-Out Facility and Pine Ridge Tank Drain Project, with Morrison-Maierle, in the Amount of $35,854.00. |
| BACKGROUND: |
| This project will build a new public water load out facility at the existing Madison Pump Station and install a new overflow drain line from the Pine Ridge Tank underground to the outlet discharge head-works North East of the tank. |
| ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |
| The cost for this Design and Bidding Professional Service Contract is $35,854.00 which is 10.4% of the estimated construction cost of $345,500.00 for the Madison Water Load-Out Facility and Pine Ridge Tank Drain Project. The contract will be funded from the Madison Fund Account #301-70-72-414-70-47411 which has $400,000.00 budgeted for this project. |
