| Council Consideration for the Acceptance of Development Improvements for the Madison Street Extension Project, Installed by Powder River Construction, Inc., on Behalf of the Developer, Best, Inc. |
| BACKGROUND: |
This project installed street improvements to support the development of address 821 Madison Street located west of Candlewood Suites, east of Pinnacle Bank, and north of the Oak Tree Inn. The City will be accepting, for ownership and maintenance, the following improvements:
Street Improvements
- approximately 255 LF of street section; including pavement section, curb-and-gutter, sidewalk, and valley gutter; and
- a light pole and associated appurtenances. |
