The 2016 Pavement Management System Schedule B (16EN11) project included complete pavement rehabilitation on Sundridge Avenue (approximately 1490 LF), Paintbrush Drive (approximately 480 LF), Jonquil Lane (approximately 500 LF), Columbine Drive (approximately 480 LF), and pavement patching on Summerfield Lane, Huntington, Mountain Shadow, Chancery and Fairway Drive from the golf cart crossing to Westover Road.  All fire hydrants were replaced on Paintbrush Drive, Jonquil Lane, and Columbine Drive.

The contract established 70 working days to Substantial Completion, and 80 working days to Final Completion. There were 16 days added by change order for additional work on the project. The project was completed on September 29, 2017, which was within the allotted contract time.

The funding for this project has been allocated from the 1% Optional Sales Tax Account 201-10-05-419-40-44331 in the amount of $933,718.00 (original contract price).

There were three change orders on this project: Change Order #1 was to add 16 working days for additional work.  Change Order #2 was capping a fire hydrant, repairs to a 12" water main that was encountered and a 12" water valve replacement, four (4) fire hydrant extensions, and additional reclamation for movement of fire hydrants for $10,105.43.  Change Order #3 was to decrease the contract amount by $34,624.02. The three change orders resulted in a net decrease to the contract of $24,518.59, resulting in a final contract price of $909,199.41.
