| BACKGROUND: |
| This project (17UT01) consisted of installing 3675 LF of 8" PVC sanitary sewer main in the following locations; alley between 4J and Rockpile from 4th to 6th, alley between Osborne and Emerson from 6th to 8th, Hog Eye from Wagonhammer to Jack Plane Lane, Juniper from Wagonhammer to Gillette Avenue, Birch from Walnut to Redwood, and Shoshone from Clemence to Dakota; 868 LF of 10" PVC sanitary sewer main in Redwood from Gillette Avenue to Emerson; 255 LF of 12" PVC sanitary sewer main in Hwy 59 from Sinclair to Sioux. |

There were four (4) change orders associated with this project that decreased the contract by $28,187.04, resulting in a final contract amount of $2,174,283.40 from the original amount of $2,202,470.44.
