Council Consideration of a Resolution to Authorize Certain Employees of the City of Gillette, Wyoming to Enter Securities Transactions Through D.A. Davidson & Co.
BACKGROUND:

In order to amend the authorized signing officers for the City of Gillette's investment account with D.A. Davidson & Co., D.A. Davidson & Co. requires the City to pass its "Non-Corporate Organizations and Associations Resolution" document, attached to this agenda item.  The purpose of this document is to remove former Director Tom Pitlick as one of the authorized officers, with the following employees remaining as authorized signers:  Michelle Henderson, Interim Finance Director; Sherrie Palmer, Financial Analyst, and Jennifer Richert, Financial Analyst.

This City of Gillette Resolution adopts D.A. Davidson & Co.'s "Non-Corporate Organizations and Associations Resolution" document in its entirety.
