| BACKGROUND: |
| The City of Gillette Parks and Beautification Board created criteria for a Landscape Excellence Award to be given out annually. Because of their creative design and exceptional upkeep of their landscaping, Kum & Go # 0959 was chose as the winner for 2017. |
| ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |
| A prize of $1,000 was established for this award. They will also receive the Mayor's Art Council traveling statue, "What's Next, Dad"? |
