SUBJECT:
Council Consideration for the Acceptance of Development Improvements for the South Campus Additions Site & Utilities Project, Installed by Sampson Construction Co., Inc., on Behalf of the Developer, Campbell County School District.
BACKGROUND:

This project installed water system improvements to support the construction of the South Campus Additions and Remodel project located west of Enzi Drive, across from Gillette College and the Recreation Center, south of West 4J Road. The project relocated an existing water main outside of the building addition's footprint in two separate locations and added two fire hydrants to the system. The City will be accepting for ownership and maintenance, the following improvements:

Water System Improvements:

438 L.F. of 6" PVC water main and appurtenances, including two fire hydrants

The Warranty Statement, Certificate of Compliance, and a map of the improvements are attached for reference.
