| Council Consideration of a Bid Award for One (1) New 2018 1-Ton Extended Cab and Chassis Pickup Truck to Greiner Motor Company of Casper, Wyoming, in the Amount of $41,581.00. |
| BACKGROUND: |
| This is a replacement for unit 6 on Project 18VM05. Unit 6 is a 1998 Chevrolet used by our Streets Division. Greiner Motor Company of Casper, Wyoming is the only bidder meeting the required specifications. See the bid tabulation on the attached memorandum. |
| ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |
| This replacement was approved in the budget for $41,657.00. The actual cost of the vehicle is $76.00 under budget. The remaining funds will be used to upfit the vehicles with appropriate lighting, City of Gillette signage, etc. |
| SUGGESTED MOTION: |
