| Council Consideration of a Bid Award for One (1) New 2018 Full Size Police 4-Door Interceptor Sedan to Thunder Basin Ford of Gillette, Wyoming, in the Amount of $27,427.39. |
| BACKGROUND: |
| This is a replacement for Unit 461, a 2010 Chevrolet Impala Patrol Sedan from our Police Division. Thunder Basin Ford of Gillette, Wyoming, was the sole bidder for this vehicle. See the bid tabulation on the attached memorandum. |
| ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |
| This replacement unit was approved in the budget for $35,730.00. The actual cost of the vehicle is $27,427.39, which is $8,302.61 under budget. The remaining funds will be used to up fit the vehicles with appropriate lighting, City of Gillette signage, etc. |
| SUGGESTED MOTION: |
