On December 5, 2017, the Council approved, by Ordinance, the annexation of Antelope Valley and Crestview Estates Subdivisions. Absolute, LLC, d.b.a. Legends Lounge is located within the annexed area and holds a Retail Liquor License.

The County and City have different liquor licensing periods. The County licensing period begins February 7th and expires February 6th of the following year. The City's licensing period begins April 1st and ends March 31st of the following year. Because of this, the license will need to be renewed as a City Retail Liquor License and the expiration date extended to coincide with the City's liquor licensing period in order for Legends Lounge to continue dispensing/serving alcohol and malt beverages on the premise.
