SUBJECT:
Council Consideration for the Acceptance of Public Improvements for the 2016 Water Main Replacement Project, Installed by DRM, Inc., in the Amount of $1,348,732.83 (1% Project).
BACKGROUND:

The project (17UT02) consisted of installing 309 LF of 6" PVC water main, 3719 LF of 8" PVC water main, and 761 LF of 12" PVC water main within the following areas:

1.  W. Sunset Drive from N. Gillette Avenue to the West End.

2.  E. Sunset Drive from N. Gillette Avenue to E. Laramie Street.

3.  W. Laramie from N. Gillette Avenue to the West End.

4.  E. Laramie from N. Gillette Avenue to E. Sunset Drive.

5.  Lakeside Drive from E. Sunset Drive to 300' East.

6.  The Alley West of Sunset Drive and Laramie Drive from W. Sunset Drive to W. Laramie.
ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET:

There was one (1) change order associated with this project that decreased the contract by $97,241.42, from the original amount of $1,445,974.25.
