Council Consideration of a Resolution Approving and Authorizing the Final Plat Known as the Cedar Rim Estates Subdivision to the City of Gillette, Wyoming, Subject to all Planning Requirements.
BACKGROUND:

The 38.86 acre property is located north and west of the existing Sage Valley Estates VI neighborhood along the existing extension of Beaver Drive.  The property was annexed into the City with the West Boxelder Annexation on October 12, 2011.  The property contains several zoning districts, A-Agricultural District, C-1 General Commercial District, R-3 Single and Multiple Family District. This case was approved by the Planning Commission on June 19, 2012.  The rezoning of these tracts was approved by Ordinance No. 3799 on July 1, 2013.

This plat establishes Tracts 1,2, and 3, and also establishes the 60' right-of-way for the Beaver Drive extension from Sage Valley Subdivision to Burma Ave.
