| Council Consideration to Extend the Serving Area of Absolute, LLC, d.b.a. Legends Lounge to Include a 16' X 22' Area on the East Side of the Building. |
| BACKGROUND: |
| Legends Lounge is requesting the extension of their alcohol serving area to include a 16' X 22' fenced area on the east side of the building. There is a hut in this area for Legends' patrons to use for smoking. In order for the patrons to exit the main building with a drink in hand, this area will need to be approved as an extended serving area. In the spring, a permanent fence will be installed. |

I Move for the Approval to Extend the Serving Area of Absolute, LLC, d.b.a. Legends Lounge to Include a 16' X 22' Area on the East Side of the Building.
