| Council Consideration of a Bid Award for One (1) New 2018 Refuse Truck to Jack's Truck & Equipment of Gillette, Wyoming, in the Amount of $280,653.00. |
| BACKGROUND: |
| This is a scheduled replacement unit for the Solid Waste Division's Unit 148. Jack's Truck & Equipment was the only bidder for this unit. See the attached bid tabulation and memorandum. |
| ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |
| This replacement unit was approved in the 17-18 budget. The amount budgeted was $284,009.00. The remaining funds will be used to up fit the vehicles with the appropriate lighting, signage, etc. |
| SUGGESTED MOTION: |
| I move for approval to award the bid for One (1) new 2018 Refuse Truck to Jack's Truck & Equipment of Gillette, Wyoming, in the amount of $280,653.00. |
