| Council Consideration of a Bid Award for One (1) New 2015 or Newer Standard Reach Wheel Loader to Honnen Equipment of Mills, Wyoming, in the Amount of $196,391.61. |
| BACKGROUND: |
| This is a scheduled replacement for Unit 13, which is a fleet rental loader used by all divisions. This replacement was approved in FY 17-18 budget. There were three bids received for this unit, but two were incomplete bid packages that were rejected. |
| ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |
| The amount budgeted for this replacement was $219,959.00 The remaining funds in the this account will be used to up fit the unit with appropriate lighting, signage, etc. |
| SUGGESTED MOTION: |
| I move for the approval to award the bid for One (1) New 2015 or Newer Standard Reach Wheel Loader to Honnen Equipment, of Mills, Wyoming, in the amount of $196,391.61. |
