An Ordinance Amending Sections 6-4, 6-5 and 6-6 of the Gillette City Code to Revise the Boundaries of City Wards One, Two and Three to Include Antelope Valley and Crestview Estates Addition Following Annexation. 
BACKGROUND:

Ordinance 1st Reading:  6/0 (Special Meeting on December 12, 2017)

Ordinance 2nd Reading: 6/0

 

Chapter 6, Sections 6-4, 6-5 and 6-6 of the City Code are being revised to accurately reflect City Wards One, Two and Three following annexation.  In addition, a map depicting the Wards is included as an Exhibit.

I move to approve an Ordinance Amending Sections 6-4, 6-5 and 6-6 of the Gillette City Code to Revise the Boundaries of City Wards One, Two and Three to Include Antelope Valley and Crestview Estates Addition following Annexation on Third and Final Reading.
