| Council Consideration to Authorize the Mayor to Sign a Pipeline License Agreement with BNSF Railroad for a 12" Water Main Right-of-Way Crossing for the 2018 Water Main Replacement Project (1% Project). |
| BACKGROUND: |
| This project will replace an existing 12" water main in Hwy 14/16 from Butler-Spaeth to Gurley Avenue and tie into the existing 12" water main within BNSF Right-of-Way under the Gurley Overpass on the South side of the BNSF Tracks. In order to make this connection the BNSF Railroad requires a Pipeline License Agreement, which identifies the requirement of these connections and work within the railroad ROW. |
| ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |
| The cost of the Pipeline License Agreement is a one-time fee of $4,966.00 which will come from the 2018 Water Main Replacement project 1% Account # 201-10-05-419-70-47410. |

| I move for Authorization of the Mayor to Sign a Pipeline License Agreement with BNSF Railroad for a 12" Water Main Right-of-Way Crossing for the 2018 Water Main Replacement Project (1% Project). |
