Las Margaritas is requesting a bar & grill liquor license. Currently, they have a restaurant liquor license which will be relinquished if the bar & grill liquor license is approved.

They are remodeling the east portion of the building to include a bar with seating and tables for dining.

Since this request is in the middle of the renewal process for the upcoming licensing period of 2018/2019, and if the request is approved, the operational date cannot begin until April 1, 2018. The applicant is aware of this and has provided a letter of relinquishment for the restaurant liquor license if the bar and grill is approved.
